IT Lead

Reporting to: CEO

What you’ll be doing:

Your main responsibilities in this role will be part leading the technical and sales teams, and part “getting your hands dirty”. In other words, we need someone to support our sales team through support and solution engineering, and likewise be an advisor to our internal technical team. We believe in promoting from within and our ideal candidate will be someone looking to execute larger projects moving forward.

As a managed service provider for businesses using Apple products, we want to help keep things up to date and running smoothly for our clients. We’re passionate about providing the best technical support, drama-free.

Our ideal candidate is/has…

  • Based in Ottawa (this is our home, after all!)
  • Experience working at an MSP with heavy focus on Apple IT Services
  • Skills and attitude to lead a team
  • 100% focused on the Apple ecosystem
  • A passion for being methodical- it’s in their DNA
  • Experience with solution engineering, issue escalation and integrations
  • R&D focused (advancement of technical solutions, awareness of latest advancements in the market)
  • Dabbled in sales engineering or sales support
  • Ability to present solutions to clients
  • Experience or desire to move into project management
  • Growth mentality (we like to learn!)
