It’s difficult to get reliable network planning and support for Macs. So in 2006, while Sam Arseneau was still a student at the University of Ottawa, his uncle asked him to plan and install a Mac network at his pharmacy.

SupportMyMac was born.

In the beginning, they worked largely with residential clients all over the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Through their excellent results and references, they began expanding their client base more towards businesses. In 2015 they won Ottawa’s Fastest Growing Companies Award from the Ottawa Business Journal.

Today, the company has grown to provide a wide range of IT support for a variety of industries. SupportMyMac delivers Drama-Free IT for Canadian companies and government.
