Are there any long-term contracts?
No, there are no long-term contracts for these bundles. We will start with a 3 month commitment, then continue on a month-to-month basis. We believe that we have to earn your business every month.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time after the initial 3 months. Typically our support plans are a minimum of 1-year.
What is the difference between SupportMyMac's services and AppleCare?
Just like AppleCare, our team has extensive knowledge about the macOS and iOS operating systems. Unlike the Apple Store, we are not solely focused on Apple software. This means that we can help support the entire ecosystem that makes up a company’s IT environment, including any 3rd party software solutions that build your company’s software & infrastructure stack (like Microsoft, Adobe, Slack, QuickBooks, etc.).
How is the on-boarding process?
The on-boarding process is simple and straightforward: it will be done by your employees themselves, over-the-phone with one of our techs! Enrolling a workstation is easy, with minimal disruption to your team’s workday.

What if I need help with hardware-related issues?
We’ll handle this on a case-by-case basis, and depending on your location we may be able to refer you to a local Apple Authorized Repair Centre if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we are providing automated credit card payment for ease and simplicity. The credit card will be charged on the day that your services start, and that becomes your monthly billing date. (That is, if your services start on April 14, you will be charged on April 14, then May 14, then June 14, etc.)
What are SupportMyMac's hours of operation?
Our help desk is ready to support clients Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9AM and 5PM EST.
This all sounds great! How do I get started?
Awesome! We will send you a digital agreement of service for your review and signature. We will then require a credit card on file for automatic billing.
